How To Make Achaar Gosht (Easiest Recipe To Make Achaar Gosht)

Ingredients:

  1. Beef 1 kg
  2. Yogurt 1/2 kg
  3. Onion 1
  4. Green chili 8 to 10
  5. Red chili crushed 2 tbsp
  6. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Aniseed 1 tsp
  8. White cumin 1 tsp
  9. nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  13. Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

    • In a bowl, add a little yogurt, red chili powder, dried mango powder, cumin powder and salt and mix it well.




  • Cut green chillies from the centre and fill paste in it. Keep it on a side.
  • Now fry ginger, garlic and onion in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add meat and cook it well.
  • Add water in it and leave to tender.
  • Mix yogurt , red chilli, aniseed, white cumin, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and salt in a bowl and add in meat. Cook it more.
  • Now pour water as you required to make a thick gravy and place green chillies on meat and cover the pan for a while.
  • Dish out and serve it.
