Apply Eggs:

But we do not need to just eat eggs to get the most out of them .you can also apply them to your scalp to prevent hair loss.Use egg oil 2-3 times a week for at least 12 weeks for visible results. Regular, continued use is important for proper nourishment of the cell membranes.You can also make egg oil at home.

Onion Juice:





Onion juice helps treat hair loss.The antibacterial properties in onion juice also help kill germs and parasites, and treat scalp infections that can cause hair loss.Extract the juice of one onion by grating it and then strain it. Apply the juice directly onto the scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then wash it off.You can also use  garlic juice or ginger juice. Make sure you only use 1 of these juices; don’t mix them.

Fenugreek (methi) seeds treatment:

This will provide shine and add strength to hair with regular use.The method of using fenugreek is following:

  • Firstly Soak and grind one cup of fenugreek with sufficient water to make a paste.
  • Then apply this paste to the scalp and massage it lightly.
  • Leave it for half an hour.Rinse out with cold water.

The best way to get yourself more micronutrients is via fruit, vegetables, beans, and grains. Eat the right foods and your hair will start to strengthen itself once again.

Stress is one of the major cause of hair loss.By Practicing meditation can also help you in other aspects of your life.Get some exercise. Walk, swim, or bike for 30 to 60 minutes per day.This can help you to reduce stress.

Take vitamins:

There are a few reasons for why hair loss happens on an epic scale, and one of those is a real lack of vitamins in your body.You need vitamins to function properly. Without the right amount of vitamins in your body, all kind of things can go wrong including hair loss.

Protect Yourself From Pollutants:





There are few causes of hair loss but one of the biggest cause is pollutants and toxins that come from the environment, the dust, and even the weather itself. it is important that you take steps to protect your hairs. Tying your hair up when you leave the house can help as can covering your head with a scarf.
