Ingredients For Mango Cake:
- 1.5 cup refined Flour/ maida
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- 2 large fresh sweet mango
- 3-4 tablespoon sugar or as require
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or cardamom powder
For Icing on the cake
- 1/3 cup fresh mango puree
- ½ cup whipped fresh low fat cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoon honey
Method Of Making Mango Cake:
- Take 1.5 cup maida in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon baking powder and ½ teaspoon baking soda, keep this mixture aside.
- Take baking container ad grease it with oil or butter.
- Take a blending jar and add w large size chopped mangoes and add 3-4 tablespoon sugar in it. Blend till
- mangoes become a soft puree.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius or Fahrenheit 15 minutes before baking.
- Take a pan and heat unsalted butter on low flame till butter melt, off the flame and add ¾ cup sweetened
- condensed milk.
- Whisk it well and make a homogeneous mixture.
- Now add the mango puree to the mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or cardamom powder.
- Stir well again all the mixture and make a smooth paste.
- Add flour to the mixture and fold the cake with soft hands with the help of spatula.
- Set mixture in baking tray and bake at 170 degree Celsius or for 15 minutes.
- After that remove cake from baking tray and cut into pieces to serve.
Instructions for icing on cake
- Take ½ cup fresh whipped low fat cream.
- Add 2-3 teaspoon honey or icing sugar and mix it very well.
- Add mango puree and again mix all well.
- Spread this mixture on the cake and enjoy delicious and healthy egg less mango cake.
