Ingredients For Mango Cake:

  1. 1.5 cup refined Flour/ maida
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. ½ teaspoon baking soda
  4. 100 grams unsalted butter
  5. ¾ cup condensed milk
  6. 2 large fresh sweet mango
  7. 3-4 tablespoon sugar or as require
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or cardamom powder

For Icing on the cake

  1. 1/3 cup fresh mango puree
  2. ½ cup whipped fresh low fat cream
  3. 2 to 3 tablespoon honey

Method Of Making Mango Cake:

  1. Take 1.5 cup maida in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon baking powder and ½ teaspoon baking soda, keep this mixture aside.
  2. Take baking container ad grease it with oil or butter.
  3. Take a blending jar and add w large size chopped mangoes and add 3-4 tablespoon sugar in it. Blend till
  4. mangoes become a soft puree.
  5. Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius or Fahrenheit 15 minutes before baking.
  6. Take a pan and heat unsalted butter on low flame till butter melt, off the flame and add ¾ cup sweetened
  7. condensed milk.
  8. Whisk it well and make a homogeneous mixture.
  9. Now add the mango puree to the mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or cardamom powder.
  10. Stir well again all the mixture and make a smooth paste.
  11. Add flour to the mixture and fold the cake with soft hands with the help of spatula.
  12. Set mixture in baking tray and bake at 170 degree Celsius or for 15 minutes.
  13. After that remove cake from baking tray and cut into pieces to serve.

Instructions for icing on cake


  1. Take ½ cup fresh whipped low fat cream.
  2. Add 2-3 teaspoon honey or icing sugar and mix it very well.
  3. Add mango puree and again mix all well.
  4. Spread this mixture on the cake and enjoy delicious and healthy egg less mango cake.
