Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg Mustard Greens(sarson ka saag)
  2. 1 cup corn flour
  3. 1 packet butter
  4. 8  cloves Garlic
  5. 4 grenn chillies
  6. 10 whole red chillies
  7. 1 tsp turmeric
  8. salt to taste

Ingredients for baghar:

  1. 4 cloves chopped garlic
  2. 1/2 packet butter
  3. 3 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. First of all soak mustard greens in turmeric powder.Then wash is with water.
  2. Then cook the mustard greens by adding whole red chillies,garlic and salt till water dries.
  3. Then after cooling chopperized the mixture.
  4. Now put the chopperized mixture in a pan then add butter and corn flour and fry well.
